use the link that now appears on archive.org for whatever page you are specifying. there was some change in the URL schema recently for the bookreader.

That sounds simple enough! Thank you.
Is there a way (through the link) of getting the page to open "toggled full screen" and "one page", or does that now have to be done through the on screen controls?

at this point it is through screen controls.
